Set up Horse Records

This only runs once. Create the first admin account to get started - everything else can be changed later from the Account and Admin pages.

Only change these if you need to - e.g. pointing the database at a folder outside your deploy directory so it survives redeploys. Leave blank to keep the current setup. Changing either one restarts the app automatically once you click Install.
